Numerous clients are seeking Customer Service Representatives / Inbound and Outbound Call Center Representatives in Feasterville, PA.

Earn $9 to $13 per hour at these full-time, temporary and temp-to-hire positions. Work 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday. Seeking candidates who are flexible to work an 8 hour shift between the hours of 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM.

Job Description:

• Receive inbound calls from clients.
• Make outbound calls to clients. 
• Provide support to customers, handle inquires, provide resolutions.
• Manage accounts
• Perform data entry associated with the position

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of previous customer service handling inbound and outbound calls, telemarketing, inside sales and/or telesales.
• Must be able to type 30 words per minute.
• Must have above average computer skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be a good listener.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Must have reliable transportation.
