Java developer with restfull web services

The resource will be responsible for developing the design and implementation of a user interface employing the following technologies: HTML, CSS, jQuery, JUnit, and Model-View-Controller (MVC) architecture. The resource will be responsible for coordinating request between the user interface and open source MVC architecture Struts 2. Additionally: The resource should have some WebSphere J2EE Application Server version 8 administration experience.

We need an effective, efficient, and productive User Interface Developer with Struts 2 and J2EE experience. The resource should have J2EE Application Server administration experience, as well as using JUnit experience for unit testing.
